Council authorizes rooftop lease with Verizon for Public Safety Building
Council approved a rooftop lease with Salicco Partnership (d/b/a Verizon Wireless) allowing Verizon to install small communications equipment on the roof of the Public Safety Building; staff said engineering reviews found no interference with emergency communications and the proposed rent is $24,000 per year with 1.5% annual escalation.
