The Brian Head Town Council authorized a change order on July 28 that decreases the existing contract with Larry Pendleton Building LLC for the Shuttle Stops Crosswalk Project by $112,619. Council Member Tidwell moved to authorize the Town Manager to execute the decrease "in a form approved by the Town Attorney," and Council Member Nyen seconded; the motion carried 5-0.
