The Douglas County Board of Commissioners on Dec. 16 adopted Resolution 25-105 to accept a Minnesota Department of Public Safety grant that will provide $403,200 in federal funds to support Violent Crime Enforcement Teams from Jan. 1, 2026, through Sept. 30, 2027. The resolution names Sheriff Troy Wolbersen as the county's authorized representative to execute the grant agreement.
