Trustee raises code enforcement, unassessed structure and tax-payment update

Trustee Diane Brown told the board she has been investigating a structure being built on West Street and learned it has not been assessed, so there is no tax record. She said she contacted the State's Attorney, who provided a complaint form for the village to complete.
