Mayor Al Rudin reported that the city's liability and property insurance renewal for 2024-25 was reviewed and approved during the Sept. 9 meeting. "Mayor spoke and indicated it is approved as is. The rate is the rate, and insurance rates to all companies/policies have been trending up," the minutes state.
