The Twisp Creative District board took formal action on two motions during its Oct. 23 meeting. Acting Chair Kit Kollmeyer moved to approve the proposed 2026 Creative District project budget of $10,000; that motion passed unanimously. Board member Sarah Jo Lightner introduced a second motion to establish an annual October submission of the Creative District’s funding proposal and budget to the Town Finance Committee; that motion was seconded by Kit Kollmeyer and approved unanimously.
