The Horry County Zoning Board of Appeals was told at its Jan. 12 meeting that application 2025-12-006 — proposed as Parker’s Kitchen on Highway 544 — has been withdrawn. Staff said the applicant, represented by agent Mark Grocki for Drayton Parker Companies LLC, no longer needs a variance for the project and the case will not be heard.
