Utility Committee approves Amendment No. 3 to long-term WPPI power supply contract
The Utility Committee voted unanimously to adopt Resolution No. 3789, authorizing city officials to sign Amendment No. 3 to the long-term power supply contract with WPPI Energy; Utilities Director Brian Rhodes said WPPI comprises 51 municipally owned utilities.

The Hartford Utility Committee on July 28 unanimously approved Resolution No. 3789 to adopt Amendment No. 3 to the city’s long-term power supply contract with WPPI Energy. The committee’s motion, made by Alderperson Kirley and seconded by Alderperson Pechacek, carried without dissent.
