Kittanning Borough Council authorized Public Works Director Jim Mechling to assess and make the walkway in front of the McConnell Watterson building handicap accessible and safe for pedestrians. The motion was made by Les Ruffaner and seconded by Amanda Slagle; no opposition was recorded and the motion carried after the executive session.
