The committee approved contracts and capital spending: Wilkins Ultra-Pure water-cooler service at $28/unit/month, reroofing up to $26,550 for the Pro Action Building, flooring replacement at Hornell up to $55,000, and paving for Veterans' areas up to $50,000. All motions passed 5-0.
