Committee authorizes District Court contract with CLEMIS Authority at $8,755 annually
The committee authorized the District Court to enter a contract with CLEMIS Authority for $8,755 per year for Oct. 1, 2026–Sept. 30, 2027, to be paid from a District Court budget line and at no additional cost to the county; the Trial Court Administrator may sign electronically.

The Committee of the Whole voted to recommend that the Regular Full Board authorize District Court to enter into a contract with CLEMIS Authority for services at an annual cost of $8,755 for the period October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027. Commissioner C. Ian Kempf moved the recommendation, which was supported by Commissioner Brad Haggadone; the motion carried.
