Kenny Schmitz, billing services director, presented plans and specifications for replacing the courthouse freight elevator and asked the board to approve contract documents. "So that's what those are the planned specifications in form of contract for replacement of the courthouse freight elevator," Schmitz said, explaining staff were seeking approval to advertise and contract for the work.
