The Worcester Selectboard voted unanimously Aug. 11, 2026, to retain outside counsel for an arbitration concerning Calais Road. Chair John Kaeding moved to retain Shap Smith “to represent the Town of Worcester regarding the Calais Road arbitration,” a motion seconded by Selectboard member Jeff Boudreau and approved by all three members present.
