Town Attorney Lyndsey Ryan reviewed an updated draft joint-use agreement between the Town of Trappe and Talbot County for Home Run Baker Park. Ryan said the County removed the provision that would have required the town to handle all maintenance and operation. The agreement requires the town and county to ensure the park is open for public use without discrimination and that the town create a plan for handling funds tied to the park.
