Council considered a contract with JW Salm for engineering, site plans and renderings for the Queen Street parking lot. The original contract figure discussed was $41,460; during debate the motion was amended to permit Town Manager Matt Spuck to spend $27,460 plus up to $4,500 for a site rendering. Councilmember Holdren accepted the amendment but the motion was ultimately tabled for later action.
