Bill Burnham of the Tree Board presented the Town Square concept drawing showing walkway updates, new pergolas and plantings and asked council to approve the design so irrigation could be installed. Councilmember Cindy Holdren moved approval, Councilmember Lisa Fiege seconded and the motion carried 5-0.
