Council approves grant-funded cybersecurity service using Arctic Wolf platform

Patrick F. Poole briefed council on the final recommendation for managed vulnerability services procured under grant funding. Poole said the city had been awarded eight grants totaling "more than over $680,000" for cybersecurity improvements and that staff evaluated a competitive field (19 vendors responded; eight finalists demonstrated products). After scoring proposals, staff recommended Cinder Labs, which uses the Arctic Wolf platform, as providing the best overall value.
