The selectmen approved three requests to use the Town Hall on Aug. 14 (Joudry), Aug. 29 (Coburn) and Sept. 19 (Lorraine Weeks-Newell) after a motion by Chris Liller that was seconded by Greg Marcucci; the minutes record unanimous concurrence.

The selectmen considered three requests to use the Town Hall and approved them during the Aug. 10 meeting. The minutes list the scheduled uses and requesters: Aug. 14 — the Joudry family; Aug. 29 — the Coburn family; Sept. 19 — Lorraine Weeks-Newell. "Chris Liller Made a motion to approve all, Greg Marcucci seconded the motion, All concurred," the minutes state.
