Chair Al Dupell called the Town of Stratton selectmen to order at 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 10, 2026, and the board agreed to add a court-related item to the agenda after Assistant Clerk Candie Bernard reported that "There was an offer presented by Skyfall Dev. Attorney Claudine Safar to Robert Fisher, The Town Attorney Regarding the Superior Court case Skyfall Development v/s Town of Stratton."
