The Seneca County Board of Commissioners voted to adopt joint ditch maintenance assessments to fund work scheduled for 2027, accepting recommendations from the Seneca Conservation District and the county ditch maintenance inspection report. Presiding Commissioner Frankert read the district's recommendations and the board moved to accept the assessments during a multi-county hearing that included Sandusky and Ottawa county representatives.
