Board hears $614,120 HDAP contract amendment to extend housing-disability services with IVROP

County social services presented a $614,120 first amendment to the HDAP agreement with IVROP to extend outreach, case management and disability-benefits advocacy for people experiencing homelessness; funding will come from CDSS HDAP allocation with no general-fund impact, officials said.

The Imperial County Department of Social Services asked the Board of Supervisors on Oct. 8 to approve a first amendment to its Housing Disability Advocacy Program (HDAP) agreement with Imperial Valley Regional Occupational Program (IVROP) for $614,120 to extend services aimed at people experiencing homelessness with disabilities.
