The Huxley City Council voted unanimously July 28 to approve a development agreement with VCS Huxley, LLC that authorizes annual appropriation tax-increment payments and pledges certain tax increment revenues to repay the agreement. "Motion by Echer; second by Rigler to approve Resolution No. 26-086 Resolution Approving Development Agreement with VCS Huxley, LLCC, Authorizing Annual Appropriation Tax Increment Payments and Pledging Certain Tax Increment Revenues to the Payment of the Agreement," the minutes record.
