The Town of Hunter Planning Board met Sept. 2 and the Town Board on Sept. 23 acknowledged the Planning Board's actions: the Westview Minor Subdivision on Scribner Hollow Road was declared lead agency and a public hearing was scheduled. A site-plan update at 6493 State Route 23A increased the proposed short‑term rental to six bedrooms; the planning board referred that application for a 239 review and set a public hearing. Mountain Trails Inn was granted a one‑year extension of its site plan under the same conditions.
