Supervisor Sean Mahoney moved the board into executive session at 8:31 PM on Nov. 10 to discuss pending litigation; the motion was seconded by Councilman Ernest Reale. Minutes show Corina Pascucci, the town clerk, was excused during the executive session. The board reconvened at 9:12 PM and the minutes state no action was taken in executive session.
