Code officer flags larger-than-authorized Sunnyside Rd. plan; attorney review requested

Code Enforcement Officer Chris Whipple told the board that work proposed at 5180 Sunnyside Road appears to exceed the scope of a prior variance. Whipple said the original variance was for a roughly 3,000-square-foot structure while current plans are closer to 5,000 square feet and that both he and PB/ZBA missed a reduction in access for fire apparatus tied to the larger footprint.
