A Committee member moved to allocate $300 as a contingency fund for the Denton Westland bookbag drive to purchase missing items such as binders or other school supplies. "I make a motion that we, put aside... $300, just in case, for Denton Westland and the book bag drive that they're doing," the member said; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
