The Town of Huron Zoning Board of Appeals on June 9 approved Special Permit 1258-26SP, allowing Herb Besaw to build a 10-foot by 16-foot storage structure at 8156 Loon Point Road. The board found the request to be a SEQRA Type II action under section 617.5(c)(12) and accepted the Short Environmental Assessment Form before voting to approve the permit, 7-0.
