The Junction ISD Board of Trustees voted Aug. 20 to adopt the 2025–26 budget by function as presented. Trustee Adolfo Ponce moved the adoption and Trustee Jeannette Lewis seconded; the motion passed 5–0 with Trustees Justin Bierschwale and Craig Brooks absent.
