The Phoenix-Talent School District 4 Board of Directors voted to adopt OSBA Resolution 3, which amends the OSBA 2023 bylaws. "I move to adopt OSBA Resolution 3 amending the OSBA 2023 Bylaws as presented," moved Polly Farrimond; Michael Campbell seconded the motion and the board carried it by a 5-0 vote with two members recorded absent.
