Investor Cheryl Moy attended the Oct. 24 meeting of the City of Kenedy Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 2 Board and asked for a status update on the Las Colinas Phase I development. Moy said she had invested $150,000 in the project and that "she just wanted to know where the $150,000.00 she invested for this project was because she had never heard anything on this project's status."
