The council considered a variance request for a property at 315 S. Sunset Strip in the Carlos Martinez land grant to allow a recreational vehicle (RV) to be used as a permanent residence with full utility access. Code Enforcement Officer Crestino Garcia reported that the Planning & Zoning Board recommended denial because the existing ordinance does not permit the requested use.
