Presenter urges changing FLUM for Shoreline Ranch to allow PDD amendment
At the Lago Vista Planning & Zoning meeting, a presenter said a 2023 ordinance and fee structure now block Shoreline Ranch from using existing PDD entitlements and asked the commission to request council reconsider the FLUM designation to permit a PDD amendment.

Kevin Sullivan, representing the property interest, told the Planning & Zoning Commission that Shoreline Ranch holds preexisting PDD entitlements that the city's current future land use map (FLUM) recommendation would effectively block from being used.
