The Kenedy 4B board approved creating an MOU with the City for the Craig Street Project (4.21 acres) and authorized issuing an RFQ for engineering services for projects regarding Business Loop 181 (118.63 acres).

The board approved two project-related actions on Oct. 28, 2024. Leslie Wynn moved and Maggie Gonzales seconded a motion to create a Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Kenedy for the Craig Street Project (4.21 acres); that motion carried unanimously. The minutes record the project size as 4.21 acres.
