On April 21 the Bradley County Commission voted unanimously to adopt Resolution 2025‑11, rezoning property at 444 Old Parksville Road NE (Tax Map 059, Parcel 019.01) from FAR (Forestry/Agricultural/Residential) to R‑1 Rural Residential. Commissioner Josh Rogers moved and Commissioner Tommy Ledford seconded the motion; the roll call recorded 13 ayes and no opposing votes.
