Richmond Rising partners report spending and next steps on construction-heavy projects
City and partner leads reported TCC project spending and near-term work: grantee reimbursements approved by SGC, a mix of remaining budgets across projects, and active NEPA work for construction projects; several projects plan construction activity and community outreach in the coming weeks.

Beatrice Guerrero, who identified herself as a City of Richmond Community Development Department staff member, gave the grantee report: the Richmond Rising coalition has held 29 CSC meetings and submitted 17 reimbursement reports, the latest approved today by the Strategic Growth Council. Beatrice reported total expenditures of about $503,000 and a remaining grantee budget of $179,000.
