During the public-comment period and the Bacova hearing, residents raised concerns about environmental impacts and local construction. Jennifer Lieberman (Tuckahoe District) spoke about environmental worries related to proposed development; Maria Barton and another Three Chopt resident raised traffic and cut‑through concerns tied to the Bacova request.
