The Christian County Commission voted 3-0 July 30 to award the Keltner Road slab #2 construction contract to AT Urban Development after Highway Administrator Miranda Beadles reported receiving three bids from J&H Excavating, AT Urban Development, and D&E Plumbing & Heating. Beadles recommended award to the lowest and best bidder and Presiding Commissioner Lynn Morris called for the motion, which passed unanimously.
