The Development Review Board voted to approve the Hammond family's application for a new single‑family residence at 4 Isle Ridge, subject to conditions intended to limit construction impacts and preserve buffers. Catherine Harding, the town's building director, told the board that staff requires a gatekeeper on site during construction, a completed staging plan before a building permit, and that any roadway damage be repaired before issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
