Chair reiterates Zoom rules and public-comment procedures
Meeting host reminded attendees that Zoom participants are muted upon entry, must identify themselves to unmute, and that public commentators must sign up and are limited to three minutes.

Before taking up business the Chair reviewed rules for remote participation and public comment. Remote attendees were told they would be automatically muted on entry and must identify themselves if their full name is not attached to their device; otherwise they must use the raise-hand feature to request to speak.
