Well 7 construction permit secured; Mill Road watermain and 2026 streets plan move forward
Engineer Adam Bunge reported the Village received a Construction Permit for Well 7 (final water testing for radium and gross alpha required for operating permits). He also presented watermain alignment and easement exhibits for Mill Road and recommended approving a streets list for the CV Streets 2026 program to allow design over winter.

Village engineer Adam Bunge of C.E.S. told trustees the Village has received the Construction Permit for Well 7, and he reminded the committee that a final well water-quality test for radium and gross alpha will be required when applying for operating permits. Bunge said Layne is coordinating on the operating permit and DPI is addressing an exterior punch list while the Village and C.E.S. staff prepare an internal punch list and site walkthrough.
