Chalfant reports code enforcement activity, issues IGS Energy solicitation permit

At the March 11 meeting, Ms. Hillen reported that borough code enforcement opened 11 new cases and closed five during February; 51 cases were continued and 25 citations are before the magistrate as of Feb. 28. She also said there were two initial occupancy inspections and two temporary occupancy permits issued in the month.
