Staff updated the board on the town's Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) loan application for wastewater work. The board had previously approved a loan for $515,700 tied to a voter-authorized bond; staff reported the town may be eligible for a 50% subsidy that would allow applying for $1,031,400 with $515,700 ultimately forgiven by the state.
