The Brecknock Township Board of Supervisors voted to require a Land Development Plan for a proposed poultry barn by John Stoltzfus at 4550 New Holland Road. TeamAg Inc. submitted a waiver request on Stoltzfus’s behalf; the Planning Commission recommended denying the waiver and the board approved a motion to that effect. Jeff Fiant moved to deny the waiver (i.e., require a plan), Ron McClure seconded, and the board voted unanimously to require submission of a Land Development Plan.
