The commission approved COA2026-070 for a 120" x 30" internally illuminated raceway-style tenant sign on Factory 64 at 575 Power Plant Circle, with a condition to remove the sign if the space remains vacant for more than 180 days.

The Forsyth County Historic Resources Commission approved a tenant sign at the R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company Factory 64 Complex (Local Historic Landmark 126) after staff concluded the proposed 120 inch by 30 inch raceway sign with an acrylic face and 5k LED illumination was compatible with the building’s character and removable.
