Trustee reports variance approval and Chapter 82 zoning text amendment
Trustee Carl Wedig told commissioners the board approved a variance for 713 Clayton Street (additional 7 feet for accessory garage due to high water table) and approved a text amendment to Chapter 82 permitting firearms/ammunition retail as a Special Use in the CC district.
