The Howe HCFDC board met May 27, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at 100 E. O’Connell Street in Howe. Board President Sharla Ross called the meeting to order and a quorum was recorded. Members Janie Finney, Clay Wilson, Brandon Grooms and Kent Lowder were listed as present; Kelly Haley was listed as absent. Monte Walker, City Administrator/COO of HCFDC, is identified in the minutes as staff present.
