The Environment & Public Works Committee reviewed and adopted a State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) classification and determination of significance for the acquisition of easements needed for the Attridge Road culvert replacement project in the Town of Riga. The committee recorded the motion as moved by Legislator Rose Bonnick, seconded by Legislator Howard Maffucci, and adopted 6‑0.
