The legislature authorized a contract with C.P. Ward, Inc. to provide general construction services for electrical system improvements at the Frank E. Van Lare Wastewater Treatment Plant operated by the Rochester Pure Waters District (Resolution 25‑0222). The resolution was introduced by Legislators Hughes‑Smith and Maffucci and recorded in the session journal with a unanimous consent package vote.
