Committee approves C.P. Ward contract for electrical upgrades at Van Lare Wastewater Plant

As a matter of importance on June 23, County Executive Adam J. Bello presented legislation 25-0222 to authorize a contract with C.P. Ward, Inc. for general construction services for electrical system improvements at the Frank E. Van Lare Wastewater Treatment Plant (Rochester Pure Waters District). Legislator Rose Bonnick moved the item and Legislator Howard Maffucci seconded; the committee adopted the contract authorization by a 7-0 vote.
