Board elects treasurer and approves multiple routine agreements and policy updates
The board nominated and elected Lisa Shade as treasurer for a one-year term (07/01/2026–06/30/2027) and approved a set of consent items including fundraisers, team travel, updated policies and multiple service agreements and contracts.

At the May 4 meeting the board opened nominations for treasurer for the term beginning July 1, 2026; Lisa Shade was nominated, seconded, and approved by roll-call vote. The chair congratulated the nominee following the vote.
